Return Policy:

For any part being returned due to an error made by ChineseATVpart.com, no return fees will be applied. Those parts can be sent back to us right away with a note and the order number to the following address:

Please note that ChineseATVpart.com will not be responsible for any lost or returned items. It is the customers responsibility to send the items back through some type of trackable shipping method to ensure the package has been received.

For any part being returned due to an error made by the customer, the shipping fee for the original shipment will be charged and subtracted from the total refund amount. Also, a re-stocking fee of 20% will be subtracted from the total refund amount if the part is being returned due to an error made by the customer. Customers will be notified within 24 hours from the time we receive your returned parts about the total refund amount and expected time.

Back Orders:

If a product runs out of stock a back-order will automatically be placed. A customer service agent will contact the customer regarding a back-order by telephone or by email within 24 hours of the order date. At that time you may cancel or continue to hold your order.

Payment:

All products must be paid for in full before a product is shipped. Payments are accepted with any major credit or debit card. We also accept PayPal or wire transfers, contact us for more information.

Shipping Times:

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase. If for any reason there is a question or issue with any order, one of our customer service agents will contact you within 24 hours of the order date.
