Shipping & Returns

Return Policy:

Chinese ATV Part makes it very easy for our customers to return products. Just make a copy of your sales receipt and return you product to our address listed at the bottom of this page. Please also note on your receipt the reason for returning your product. Please keep in mind that products can only be returned within 30 days of the original receipt. We will inspect the item to ensure it is still in new condition and then issue your refund.

Chinese ATV Part does not save customers credit card information so please supply a day time contact phone number along with your return information so one of our customer service agents can contact you to issue your refund. Shipping is free when purchasing with Chinese ATV Part.com, but returned products will be charged the original shipping fee unless our company was at fault for the order.

We are not responsible for lost shipments so please return products by a traceable return method such as UPS, Fedex or the postal service with a delivery confirmation. If a wrong part is ordered you may return your product for an exchange part but shipping fees will apply for the 2nd delivery.

Lost or Damaged Products:

Chinese ATV Part takes full responsibility for lost or damaged products. If any product is lost or damaged Chinese ATV Part we handle all shipping claims and resend another product within 48 hours.

Back Orders:

If a product runs out of stock a back order will automatically be placed. A customer service agent will contact all customers regarding back order within 24 hours of the order date. At that time you may cancel or hold your order.

Payment:

All products must be paid for in full before a product is shipped. Payments are accepted by any major credit or debit card. We also accept PayPal, mail in payment or wire transfers.

Shipping Times:

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. If for any reason there is a question or issue with any order one of our customer service agents will contact you within 24 hours.
